bulletFROM The "T" (Boston Subway)
Take the Green or Orange line to North Station. From North Station
it is approximately a 1/2 mile walk. Exit the station and head towards
the water on Causeway Street. Take a left on Rutherford Ave and
head over the Charles River bridge. At the end of the bridge take a
right and follow the path to the Navy Yard. The ship should be visible
from the bridge.

Parking will be allowed on the pier adjacent to  the USS Constitution  (which, by the way, will remain closed to the public) . Upon entry into the yard, each car will require an  underneath search  that will also include a search of the automobile  trunk.  Each dinner attendee must have with him/her a photo ID or will not  be allowed into the Navy Yard. Once each car has been parked, all the occupants  must undergo a  metal detector check administered by the navy  personnel. We must submit a list of the attendees by Monday  at 4:00 PM. This  will become the final listing and will be used for  the gate check-in and  parking on Wednesday. There will be no admittance  beyond the gate for anyone  not on that list.   This  means that there will be no  last minute walk-ins for the dinner. We all need to  understand this reasons of national security.....
